FEATURE
A decoration method that uses a thicker laminate film. The printed laminate film is pre-formed and trimmed and then inserted into injection mold.
- The thicker laminate film makes it suitable for decorating deeper draws or only partial decoration .
- The clear surface enables high quality visuals such as physical/optical embossing and gradation.
FORMING

Film is heated and softened.

Film is formed to the product shape through vacuum forming.

Excess film is trimmed off.

Formed and trimmed film is tucked into the injection mold.

Mold closes and resin is injected.
