Laminate tube is now in the spotlight due to its advantages over extruded tubes such as:

Function-wise:Being able to use aluminum foil or other materials as a barrier layer that makes it possible to extend the shelf life of the content.

Design-wise:Being able to print on a flat laminate sheet that makes more precise printing possible.

Price-wise:Being more economical because the total thickness can be thinner and it can be formed into tubes faster.
LAMINATE WEB
DNP has been supplying laminate web to a number of customers in Asia, Africa and Europe.
- 1 free sample roll (500m) can be ready for shipment 2 weeks after request.
- The minimum order quantity is 1 container (50,000 to 60,000 sqm), mixed sizes acceptable, ready for shipment 6 weeks after PO on average.
- Specifications other than above could be produced but at least an order for 3 containers has to be placed.
- To get a quotation, DNP needs the following information.
- Film structure (Total thickness & Barrier layer thickness)
- Volume
- Size (Web width, Length, Core diameter)
- Port of discharge
- Content
